A market leading client of mine that are currently undergoing an IT Change and Transformation Programme across the business are looking for an Application Support Support Analyst to join their team. The Application Support Support Analyst will be joining the business at a very exciting time as they are investing, growing and transforming their business to provide a better service to new and old customers.
The role of Application Support Support Analyst will be working in a cross functional team sharing knowledge of technologies and applications and applying it to create effective solutions and resolving issues. Furthermore, the Application Support Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all business applications functionalities are available to the business by; monitoring, resolving production issues, subject matter and domain expertise, support development and adhering to SLAs.
Key Skills - Application Support Support Analyst:
* Previous experience support both internal and external applications * T-SQL - scripting & performing analysis * SSIS & SSRS * Solid understanding of ITSM processes and tools * Solid understanding of ITIL
Desirable Skills - Application Support Support Analyst:
* C# - ability to read, interpret, understand & debug * ITIL Certified * Previously worked within a cross functional team * Previously worked within an Agile environment
