3rd Line Engineer- Up to £33,000 Bonus Benefits - London
A well-established client of mine requires a 3rd Line Engineer to join their vibrant IT department providing high-level support and project expertise across their technology stack
As a 3rd Line Engineer you will primarily be acting as the initial escalation point for Service Desk issues and also maintaining and administering new IT services. Previous experience in a Service Desk is essential and any exposure to Infrastructure administration would be advantageous.
Technical Skills for a 3rd Line Engineer:
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * ITIL experience. * Microsoft domain technologies including AD / DNS / DHCP * Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 * Windows 7 / 10 * Linux operating systems * Office 365 * Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Active Directory - group policies. * Experience with providing customer support on a Service Desk
Desirable Skills for a 3rd Line Engineer:
* Microsoft Certification * Cisco Certification * Experience of working for a Managed Services Provider
