Role: 2nd Line Support Training to become 3rd Line
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Benefits
Requirements: 37.5 hours per week Weekend and Evening working will be required.
An exciting client of mine based in Milton Keynes is looking to bring on a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a small but dynamic IT team. Within this role they will be looking to train you up to a 3rd Line Engineer which is an amazing opportunity. Giving you the chance to use technologies like VMware as well as configuring Servers and lots more.
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be providing both BAU and project support to their user base. The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will possess excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to users and you will be someone who takes a proactive approach to support.
