A leading organisation in London is currently looking to bring on an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to support a number of projects across the estate as part of a change and transformation programme across the business.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will support Project Managers and Leads with various project pieces including; a Windows 10 rollout, an Exchange to Office 365 migration and a Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2016 upgrade.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be working closely with the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams and will also liaise with the 3rd Line teams on a regular basis.
Key Experience - 2nd Line Support Engineer
* Must have previously operated at a 2nd Line level * Windows 7 or 10 * Email support - Exchange or Office 365 * Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 * Understanding of networking protocols - LAN, WAN, TCP/IP
Desirable Experience - 2nd Line Support Engineer
* Previously involved in any of the following projects; Windows rollouts, Email migrations, Windows Server upgrades * ITIL methodology * Microsoft certified * SCCM * Azure * VMware, Hyper-V
