One of our clients is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment, configuration and support of a range of technologies.
Essential - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* ConnectWise * Office 365 * Windows 7/10 * Active Directory * Windows Server (any one of the following 2008, 2012 or 2016)
Desirable - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* Worked in a hybrid environment * Experience in the hospitality sector
