One of our market-leading clients is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment, configuration and support of a range of technologies.
Essential - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* Windows 7, 10 * Office 365 * Active Directory - Group Policies * Remote Access Tools * Call Logging Systems
Desirable - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* Microsoft Exchange * ITIL awareness
Responsibilities - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* Log calls within agreed SLAs. * Requirement gathering * Equipment specification * Configuration and creation of new accounts and machines
