2nd Line Service Desk Engineer - £30,000 - £34,000 - Central London
My client of mine is based in Central London requires a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer in Central London to work within the IT Support team to provide 2nd line support.
As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer you must have previous experience of working on a service desk and must have worked at a 2nd line level. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer you will work closely with other IT teams and escalate to 3rd where necessary.
Essential skills - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* Windows 7 / 8 * Windows Server 2003 / 2012 * Active Directory - group policies * Office 365 * Exchange 2010 * Mobile phone support - iPhone support, Blackberry enterprise server * MS Office * Must have experience of having worked on a service desk
Desired skills - 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer:
* Citrix * Microsoft certifications * Financial experience
