One of my most exciting clients is urgently seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their well respected blue chip business on a permanent basis.
As a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be joining a busy organisation you will be providing 2nd line technical support services to all of the company's users and their supported equipment. During this time, you will be managing, logging, tracking and resolving calls through the clients bespoke system.
This is a great opportunity to improve your knowledge and skills by using lots of new technology.
Essential skills - 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:
* Windows 7, 10 * Active Directory - Group Policies * Remote Access Tools * Experience with Office365 * Call logging systems * Excellent Communication skills * Experience within a Service Desk environment * IT related Degree * Must have clean UK drivers' license and access to a car.
Desirable skills - 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:
* Microsoft Exchange * ITIL awareness * Microsoft certified - MCSA, MCSE, MCP etc.
