My client is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider based in Central London. They specialise in providing IT solutions for a variety of clients, and require a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
The 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing a high quality 2nd Line support service to many of their clients on a of varied range of hardware, software, server, networking and infrastructure based issues.
Essential Skills for the 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:
* Windows 7 or 10 * Hyper-V or VMware * Active Directory - Group Policies * Windows Server troubleshooting * Routers, Switches * Mobile phone support * Excellent communications skills * Excellent customer service skills
Desirable Skills for the 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:
* Mac * Mimecast * Microsoft certifications
