My client, a rapidly growing organisation, is hiring for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer. They have gained major success in recent times in their field and are continuing to prosper in the market.
As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer, you will be motivated and confident as you will be joining a proactive team, with the responsibility of ensuring customers are receiving the best service possible. As part of 2nd line support, this role predominantly focuses on desktop support however it does also require knowledge of server and network technologies.
My client are due to embark on a number of projects including a VMware upgrade, so previous experience of having completed a VMware upgrade is highly desirable although not essential.
