A leading Financial Services client of mine based in Central London is currently looking for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to support their user base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get in to the Financial Services sector as Finance experience is not needed for this role.
As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer, you will be providing support to users, face to face, over the phone and remotely. As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer you will be supporting a number of VIP users so previous experience of this is advantageous. As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer you will gain exposure to, and will be supporting, a number of bespoke applications as well as using the following technologies.
Key skills - 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer
* Windows 7 / 10 * Active Directory * Outlook * Cisco or other telephony providers * Call logging * iPhone and iPad support * Basis networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
