1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - £25,000 - £28,000 Benefits - St Albans
An exciting client of mine are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team. The 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be joining the business at a fantastic time as they are currently undergoing massive growth.
The 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will work on both projects and BAU support to the user base. Some of the projects will be doing virtualisation upgrades and redesigning of storage. Some of the BAU support will involve machine builds, imaging, Windows Server checks, backups and dealing with tickets that are raised.
1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - Key Skills:
* Windows 7 or 10 * VMware or Hyper-V - understanding * Office 365 or Exchange * Windows Server 2012 * Active Directory * DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - Desirable Skills:
* ITIL * Ticketing systems * Telephony support * Storage / SAN / NAS * Group Policy's * Backups * Mobile Support
