A client of mine based in London is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
As a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst you will be providing both BAU and project support to the user base.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will have previous experience of working on a service desk providing 1st and 2nd line support. As a Service Desk Analyst you will need to have experience of supporting a number of different users and will have experience working in a diverse environment.
