An exciting client of mine are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team. The 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be joining the business at a fantastic time as they are currently undergoing massive growth.
The 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will work on both projects and BAU support to the user base. Some of the projects will include virtualisation upgrades and the redesigning of storage. The BAU support that the 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be providing will include machine builds and imaging, Windows Server checks and backups.
1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - Key Skills:
* Windows 7 or 10 * Office 365 or Exchange * Windows Server 2012 or 2016 * Active Directory * DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP * Understanding of virtualisation technologies - VMware or Hyper-V
1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - Desirable Skills:
* Hands on experience with VMware or Hyper-V * ITIL * Ticketing systems * Telephony support * Storage / SAN / NAS * Group Policy's * Backups * Mobile Support
