Role: 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

Rate: £150-175 / day

Duration: 3 Months Ext

Location: Liverpool Street

IR35: Outside

I am currently working with a leading Law Firm based in Central London who are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join them for an initial 3 month period.

As a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact and will be supporting users with Windows 10 and Office 2016 queries as they are currently in the process of migrating to Windows 10 and Office 2016. They are looking for a c who has experience of supporting Windows 10 and Office 2016.

You will be liaising closely with users and will be providing support over the phone, face to face and via email so will need excellent customer service skills. Legal experience is highly desirable for this 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst role, although not essential.
