1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer - London - £30,000 to £35,000 Benefits

I currently have a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer vacancy within a prestigious independent school in Central London.

The ideal 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will have experience supporting schools, although this is not essential.

They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer who has experience with Active Directory, basic networking protocols and ideally Office 365 or Exchange support. The successful 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will be involved in a number of projects moving forward, including an Office 365 and a SharePoint piece.

My client requires a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer who isn't afraid to take ownership of all elements of the job throughout the school and can hit the ground running. Together with this, the 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer, will also have a positive and proactive attitude. The ideal 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will be able to work within a team and independently, being able to take the initiative to solve user queries they may not necessarily be familiar with. As such, this role will allow the successful 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to build on their existing skill set, gaining exposure to new technologies and projects.

The 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will ideally already hold DBS Clearance, or will be in a position to pass DBS clearance.
