An exciting client of mine based in Northamptonshire is looking to bring on an 1st/2nd Line Application Support Engineer to join a small but dynamic IT team. As an 1st/2nd Line Application Support Engineer you will be providing email, EPOS system, Active Directory and Application Support. The successful 1st/2nd Line Application Support Engineer will possess excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently to users and you will be someone who takes a proactive approach to support.
Within the role of an 1st/2nd Line Application Support Engineer my client will be giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and have input into the systems they are going to implement moving forwards. You will get an opportunity to work on upcoming projects and work for a company that will be growing in the next couple of years.
