I currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer for one of my clients.
They are looking for 1st Line IT Support Engineer who is confident, enthusiastic and very keen to learn, to join their rapidly growing company. They are a company who invest in their employees and progression throughout the company is a very important factor for them. They are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer who can come in and support the business's new infrastructure.
Whilst you will get the close support of the IT manager and in-depth training, there is also the potential for the 1st Line IT Support Engineer role to evolve and progress across the next year as the company and IT department grow.
As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer you will be providing day-to-day 1st Line IT support for users, documenting work, general hardware and software support and escalating issues to the IT Manager.
Required Skills - 1st Line IT Support Engineer
* Active Directory including - account creation/deletion, distribution lists, password resets
* Outlook / Exchange - User management, creating mailboxes, creating distribution lists, shared calendars etc.
* Office 365 - Office Suite, Word, Excel (understand formulas and security)
* Networking - Patch work - connecting cables from patch to switch
Desirable Skills - 1st Line IT Support Engineer
* Windows 10 imaging
* Remote Support applications
* Phone support - Android/iOS
