I am currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join a leading retail client based in London. They are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst who has previously worked in a Service Desk or IT role who has strong troubleshooting skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to improve their existing experience within IT and really progress within their career, with the opportunity to get to use new tehnologies. The successful 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will be providing support with Active Directory, Email Accounts, PoS systems and warehouse software.
