1st Line Service Desk Analyst - £18,000 - £21,000 Benefits - St Albans
I currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for one of my clients.
They are looking for 1st Line Service Desk Analyst who is confident, enthusiastic and very keen to learn, to join their fast growing company. They are a company who invest in their employees and progression throughout the company is a very important factor for them. They are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst who can be trained and is wanting to progress up within a company and develop their career.
This role is ideal for someone who has had some experience within the IT industry and who is looking for their next step in their IT career.
As the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst you will be in a client facing role as part of a team of administrators who restore normal service operations as quickly as possible. You will be providing day-to-day 1st Line support and reporting and solving issues using ticketing systems. Along with bespoke training within the there is additional scope for progression.
* Experience with Active Directory * Experience with MS Office 365 * Minimum of 6 months IT experience
* Understanding of TCP/IP * Experience with Remote Support applications
