A leading client of mine are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis on an initial 3 month basis which is likely to extend further.
There are currently a number of projects underway to deploy various solutions including ticketing and HR systems and as such they need a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to support the business through these projects.
They are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst who has excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team or independently to provide the highest levels of service to their users.
