1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst - Central London - £20,000 - £24,000 Benefits

A client of mine, an award winning organisation in the financial sector is looking for a driven individual who is approachable and sociable who has aslo had minimal technical helpdesk experience with a keen passion for IT looking to kick start their career.

Essential Skills Required for 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst:

* Experience with Office Suite
* Experience with Active Directory - adding / deleting users
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills

Desirable Skills for the 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst:

* Experience in the financial industry
* Previous customer service experience

Daily Duties of the 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst:

Acting as 1st line support you will provide 1st line support to end users via the phone and face to face by logging any incidents or issues that get reported and prioritise the urgency of the issue ensuring tickets are resolved in a timely manner. In addition to this you will be responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of the office hardware to a good working standard.

If you are successful in securing in securing the role of the 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will get the opportunity to work with the following technologies:

* MDM (mobile device management)
* VoIP
* Exchange / Office 365
* Hardware
* Microsoft Office 2012, 2013 &365
* Microsoft Exchange
* Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012

The successful individual will have the opportunity to work across other locations if they wish across the UK, Amsterdam and Miami.
