A client of mine based in Central London is currently looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract.
The successful 1st Line Engineer will provide desktop support to users across the business and will be the first point of contact for all technical queries. The 1st Line Engineer will be expected to provide support to the user base via email, over the phone and face to face.
As a 1st Line Engineer you will be required to deal with multiple technical queries, including but not limited to; password resets, printer support and telephony support. Along with this, you will also get the opportunity to work with virtualisation technologies and gain exposure to remote desktop technologies.
