An organisation based near Cannon Street station is looking for a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to support them through a period of high workload due to a number of infrastructure projects that they are delivering.
Along with the technical experience required for the 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer position, which is outlined below, my client is also looking for someone who is confident and has excellent communication as this position will require a lot of customer facing support more so than over-the-phone support.
Essential experience - 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
* Windows 7 or 10 * Active Directory - password resets * Office 365 - Office Suite support and troubleshooting * Office 365 / Outlook - user / mailbox management and troubleshooting * Networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP * Printer and hardware support * Mobile phone support
Desirable experience - 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
* Antivirus support and management * Remote support tools * Backups and disaster recovery * Security patches * Windows Server * Microsoft or Cisco certified
